Network Engineer

Overview The Network Engineer will work to design, deploy, and support our hybrid networking environment, with a focus on on-premise data center, campus and SDWAN infrastructure and integration with Azure cloud networking. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting network solutions that bridge on-premises, branch, and cloud environments. This role will be in our Twin Cities Office! This is not a remote position.  Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Azure routing policies, particularly for vWAN architectures Configure and manage Site-to-Site VPN, ExpressRoute, Configure BGP routing, dynamic routing policies, and route propagation between SD-WAN campus and data center edges and cloud hubs Troubleshoot routing, latency, and connectivity issues across on-prem and cloud environments Monitor network performance and capacity Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures Respond to escalated network incidents Partner with cloud, security, and application teams on network-related projects and migrations Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in network engineering, with direct experience in Azure cloud networking Hands-on experience with enterprise scale WAN, LAN and vWAN Strong understanding of network routing protocols, BGP, SMB, DNS, IPsec, OSPF Experience with ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NGFW Experience designing and supporting multi-region cloud networking Familiarity with network segmentation principles Working knowledge of IPsec and QoS in SDWAN environments Excellent documentation and communication skills Experience with multi-cloud networking (AWS/GCP) a plus Relevant certifications such as AZ-700 The base salary range for this position is: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience and location.
