Competitive pay:   $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE AM Shift opportunities available Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Consistent scheduling and stable hours Supportive leadership and nursing team Career growth and advancement opportunities Positive and collaborative work culture Meaningful work serving seniors in your community Comprehensive training and ongoing support Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Take and document vital signs as assigned Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Answer resident call lights promptly and respectfully Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team members Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply About Napa Valley Care Center At Napa Valley Care Center, our employees are the heart of everything we do.
