You’ll ensure safety, quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.     Schedule    2-2-3 Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Nights, 6:45p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Days, 6:45a.m – 7:00p.m Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized    We reward great work with:   Pay: Starting $26.00 & up + $1.50/hour night shift premium   401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 7%   Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one   Paid time off and holidays    ·         Growth and development opportunities   **This position requires skill progression and testing Job Description: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician   What you’ll do:    Interfaces daily with Maintenance Manager to plan and implement work priorities. Attends and participates in daily pre-shift safety meetings. Performs as the key maintenance resource to the production shift assigned, providing accurate and timely responses to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Safely performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing of all facility production equipment, support equipment and structures. Uses the company CMMS to schedule, track and log the details of all work issued from the work order system. Utilizes the JDE system / scanner to properly sign parts out of the parts roo Utilizes the correct PPE as required for the job at hand, and properly uses Lockout / Tagout and other safety systems as required by the company. Completes all assigned work in a timely and professional manner, with accuracy and to established standards Works directly with vendors and contractors as needed to resolve maintenance related issues within the facility or on the equipment. Trains other technicians as needed in tasks where they have high levels of expertise. Orders parts and materials as needed to support PM’s, projects, etc. Completes all required paperwork, filing and purging as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency What we want from you: Lead the Pack    Previous manufacturing experience Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and program Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment    Physical Requirements    Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, including a working knowledge of electrical systems (advanced electrical knowledge is highly desired), along with developed mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics skillsets. Experience with hand and power tools a must. Knowledge in machinery used in flexographic printing and blown film manufacturing highly desired.   Able to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-technical team members in a clear manner. Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. Able to apply right mathematical methods and formulas to problem solving. Able to create alternative solutions to problems. High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning. Strong personal and communication skills. Must work well with cross-functional teams.
