What You Will Do Assist in communicating the vision, strategic direction, battle rhythm, rules of engagement, and expectations across both program and functional organizations supporting SMGBAD Standardize and implement best practices, tools, and cadence across SMGBAD, to include business briefings at both SMGBAD and LADS level Serve as a subject matter expert in transition-to-production efforts, risk management, gate reviews, product affordability, proposal development, and contract negotiations Step in as a delegate for VP, SMGBAD as necessary, in key internal and external discussions, creating collaboration across both program and function teams to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience Experience balancing prioritization, cost, and schedule constraints within a proposal effort.  EVMS Certification and/or relevant experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) on an EV program.  Leadership experience in international subcontracts management, IPT organizational structure and/or an IPL (Integrated Program Leadership) construct.  Expert knowledge/experience in both FMS and DCS Proposal Leadership (e.g., TINA compliance, Offset/Industrial Participation, Government Requests for Information (RFIs), etc.)  Experience working on risk/opportunity management, earned value planning/tracking/reporting and metrics management.  The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
