Who you are: As a Mortgage Collection Specialist, you are our loan experience champion. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to customers to provide mortgage collection information and answer questions. You’ll use your detail-orientated approach to ensure documentation is in compliance and ensure proper follow up. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously help others with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. What you’ll do: Handle every step of the mortgage collection process with the Frost customer to ensure accurate and quality service Stay up to date with all mortgage collection policies and best rules of practice to maintain area expertise for all collection process Answer all customer questions pertaining to their mortgage or the collection process to continue customer clarity and understanding through the entire process Adhere to all mortgage and collection laws and regulations to ensure proper policies and steps are in place Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: 2+ years of mortgage collection or related mortgage lending experience High school diploma Additional Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated experience Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
