Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment—on mobile road calls and in-yard service Keep customers moving by delivering prompt, professional service and clear communication Inspect and service brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems, hubs, axles, tires, bodies, and trailer components Perform preventative maintenance and test equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance Document work accurately through detailed work orders, inspection reports, repair notes, and findings for management Maintain DOT-ready standards so trailers meet U.S. Department of Transportation road safety requirements Qualifications What You’ll Bring to the Team: 4+ years’ experience repairing commercial tractors and trailers; mobile repair experience preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a hands-on service environment Basic computer and communication skills for repair orders, billing, and documentation Reliable follow-through to complete daily tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently Experience with welding a plus Self-motivated and independent mindset High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school degree a plus Your own tools Benefits Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience ( $28-$37/hr.) plus 5% monthly commission based on truck profitability Unlimited overtime Paid time off, paid sick and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with a generous company match Company-provided service vehicle and tools Company fuel and credit cards Company-provided uniforms Employee assistance program and referral bonus A Monday–Friday work week promoting strong work-life balance Supportive management and opportunities for advancement Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.
