Mobile Fleet Response Specialist

Role Overview The Mobile Fleet Response Specialist provides on-road assistance to autonomous fleet vehicles that require in-person support. The role involves responding to vehicle incidents, conducting basic troubleshooting, supporting vehicle recovery, and coordinating with internal teams and external parties at the scene. Team members are assigned to designated operating areas and dispatched when a vehicle requires physical intervention. This is a fully on-site, field-based position with no remote or hybrid option.
