Overview Medical Secretary Catholic Health Physician Practices Catholic Health is looking for a highly organized Medical Secretary to join our fast-paced, dynamic physician practice. This vital role supports both front office operations and provider administrative needs, helping ensure a seamless experience for patients and staff. Job Details Job Responsibilities: Support front office operations, including patient check-in, phone coverage, and insurance verification Schedule appointments, surgeries, and radiology procedures; assist patients through the entire care process Coordinate physician schedules (office, on-call, OR) Obtain authorizations and complete revenue reconciliation reports Prepare patient charts and manage demographic registration Assist with various clerical tasks and office projects as needed Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in a busy medical practice strongly preferred EPIC and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred Experience supporting providers and managing complex administrative tasks Why Join Us: Competitive pay + differentials and benefits Tuition assistance Defined pension plan Growth-friendly culture Be part of something meaningful.
