You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.   See Yourself at Telix  The MSL serves as the field-based clinical and medical expert responsible for appropriately engaging in medical and scientific exchange and gaining insights in support of Telix Pharmaceuticals’ products, research areas, and disease state of interest. The MSL will develop and maintain long-term, credible, peer-to-peer professional relationships with medical experts in the fields of oncology, urologists, radiologists, and nuclear medicine and other medical disciplines related to the diagnosis and/or management of patients within the Company products. Through scientific exchange, the  MSL will communicate and advance the scientific platform aligned with the overall medical communications and Medical Affairs strategies. *Candidates must reside in OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, DE, MD, DC Key Accountabilities: Develop, maintain, and expand peer-to-peer scientific relationships with National, Regional, and Local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and other healthcare stakeholders. Independently align and execute territory-level Medical Affairs activities in support of the Medical Affairs Strategic Plan and organizational priorities. Collect, analyze, and communicate actionable field insights, unmet needs, research gaps, and emerging scientific trends to inform medical strategy and evidence-generation activities. Strategically support clinical development programs by facilitating site engagement, accelerating patient recruitment, enhancing retention efforts, and identifying potential study opportunities. Serve as a scientific resource and subject matter expert by delivering accurate, balanced, and clinically meaningful scientific exchange to internal and external stakeholders. Represent Medical Affairs at scientific congresses, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other medical forums, while synthesizing and communicating key findings and strategic insights. Appropriately facilitate and support Medical Education Grant and Investigator-Initiated Research (IIR/IIT) processes in accordance with company policies. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Clinical Development, Commercial, Medical Communications, Market Access, and Clinical Operations, while maintaining appropriate compliance boundaries. Actively contribute to Medical Affairs initiatives, publication planning, advisory boards, investigator meetings, training programs, and other medical and scientific activities. Lead or serve as the Medical Affairs representative for strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and organizational priorities as assigned by Medical Affairs leadership. Mentor and support the development of MSL colleagues by sharing best practices, scientific expertise, and field insights. Provide strategic recommendations based on field intelligence, competitive landscape assessments, and evolving standards of care to support organizational decision-making. Education and Experience: Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required Minimum 5 years Medical Science Liaison experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and effectively execute Medical Affairs strategy across an assigned territory Proven success establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare stakeholders. Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and clinical data to diverse audiences. Experience operating within a highly regulated healthcare environment and adhering to industry regulations and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions, evidence generation, scientific exchange, and insight collection. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time as required. Preferred Specialized training or experience in genitourinary (GU) oncology, nuclear medicine, radiology, radiopharmaceuticals, theranostics, or related disciplines. Established KOL network within oncology, preferably GU oncology and/or nuclear medicine. Experience supporting oncology products, clinical development programs, and investigator-sponsored research across Phase I-III development. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, theranostics, or related oncology technologies. Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, strategic initiative ownership, cross-functional influence, or subject matter expertise. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, patient journeys, treatment landscapes, and evolving standards of care. Experience in evaluating scientific literature, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and emerging clinical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Medical Affairs technology platforms. Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding strategic and operational objectives.
