What You'll Be Doing Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mobile and fixed equipment under guidance from experienced mechanics Learn troubleshooting techniques for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in a safe and organized condition Follow safety procedures and complete training assignments to develop technical skills What Are We Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in developing maintenance and repair skills Ability to learn technical concepts and apply troubleshooting techniques effectively Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Willingness to participate in hands-on training and continuous learning opportunities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
