Grow your career and your paycheck as a Press Line Mechanic!    $2000 sign on bonus Pay is $26.45 per hour plus 5 percent shift differential  What we offer you:    Pay is $26.45 per hour plus 5 percent shift differential for second and third shift    Benefits include affordable medical, dental, and vision, 2 weeks of vacation plus 11 paid holidays, 401K, and many more   Overtime available $2000 referral bonus for current employees   Quality training to further develop you    Culture of advancement and growth     We care about your safety, which means we do what’s needed to protect our employees and that’s reflected in our “Drive to Zero Injuries” initiative results.  What you’ll do:    Service, operate, maintain, overhaul and monitor sheet feeder, presses, compound liners, elevators, conveyors, compound system, and other pieces of equipment as assigned Maintain production of standard quality ends as defined in our quality standards  Perform inspection procedures at the scheduled intervals, enter the corresponding data into a Windows-based computer, and react accordingly to any out-of-standard conditions Demonstrate the ability to efficiently maintain and overhaul assigned equipment  We need you to have:    High school diploma, GED, or equivalency  Industrial production experience preferred  Familiarity with measurement equipment and procedures    Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and drawings, handbook specifications, equipment manuals, parts lists, and other written materials  Who we are:    America's largest metal food packaging producer.
