Join Life Fitness/Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN as a Material Handler on our 3rd Shift.   You'll   move materials within and between departments to keep production running in a fast-paced environment.   Why You'll Love This Role   Earn an   additional   $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift hours worked   Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM   Overtime opportunities available   Free access to our on-site fitness center   Eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan   Total Rewards & Pay-   Full-time team members are eligible for:   Base pay: $20.00-$23.88 per hour , based on qualifications and experience   3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift   Production Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance metrics   401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match   Medical, dental, vision, HSA, and reimbursement accounts   Paid time off, including paid holidays   Life, AD&D, and disability coverage   Employee discounts, EAP with free counseling sessions, identity protection, and legal services   On-site fitness center access included   What You'll Do   Transport product and materials to work areas safely and on time   Pick and package parts orders and replenish assembly-line bins   Document deliveries and verify part number, quantity, location, and transactions   Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scales   Maintain   accurate   inventory through cycle counts and audits   Use visual controls to replenish parts and   identify   potential shortages   Complete inventory transactions in Oracle accurately and on time   Support operators and coordinate with Materials, Receiving, and Shipping   Report procedure or equipment errors to your supervisor   Keep work areas and aisles clean and organized   Perform other duties as assigned   What We're Looking For   Required Qualifications   Basic math (counting, adding, subtracting)   Attention to detail and time management   Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced team   Strong organizational skills   Motivated self-starter   Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English   Preferred Qualifications   High school diploma or equivalent   3-5 years of relevant experience   1 year in a manufacturing environment   Forklift certification   Database knowledge and Microsoft Excel experience   Cycle-counting and RF scanning experience   Physical Requirements & Work Environment   Constantly lift/carry up to 10   lbs ,   frequently   up to 35   lbs , and rarely up to 50   lbs   (50+   lbs   with a two-person or lift assist)   Stand for extended periods   Frequently use hands to pick parts and grip tools and scanners   Occasionally crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, and reach overhead   Operate RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment   Noisy environment   At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked on 3rd shift, in addition to the base hourly wage.
