Communication: Provide status updates on timeline, cost, and risk to the Operational Systems and OT Executive Steering Committees; communicate with team, stakeholders, and senior/executive leaders. Strategic Planning: Set the vision and develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing-systems strategy aligned with organizational goals; identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across MES, maintenance, machine integration, monitoring, and automation. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr Manager, ERP and Program/Project Management on shared roadmap, resourcing, and delivery dependencies; partner with external resources to ensure manufacturing systems align with business objectives.
