Job Summary Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Communications Coordinator to serve as a vital communication bridge within our 24/7 medical manufacturing facility. This role is essential in fostering workforce engagement, promoting organizational alignment, and ensuring clear communication of our site vision and strategic goals across all shifts and departments. Hours: 8am-430pm M-F Key Responsibilities Communication & Engagement Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and support departments across all shifts Develop and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity Organize and coordinate team meetings, huddles, and information sessions Create and distribute internal communications including newsletters, updates, and announcements Gather feedback from frontline employees and communicate insights to management Vision & Goal Promotion Champion company vision, mission, and strategic objectives throughout the organization Develop creative campaigns to communicate site goals and performance metrics Collaborate with our Culture Ambassadors and Teams Support change management initiatives and new program rollouts Assist in creating visual displays and communication boards for production areas Help translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messages for all team members Operational Support Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics Assist with coordination of training programs for the operations staff and safety initiatives Support continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing efforts Help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving sessions Maintain documentation of communication processes and engagement activities Key Skills & Attributes Communication Excellence:  Ability to tailor messages for different audiences and shift populations Emotional Intelligence:  Strong ability to read team dynamics and adapt engagement strategies Adaptability:  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment Cultural Sensitivity:  Experience working with diverse, multi-generational workforce Problem-Solving:  Proactive approach to identifying and addressing communication gaps Technology Savvy:  Comfortable with digital communication tools and platforms AW20 What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Matching 401(k) Contributions Vacation and Paid Sick Time Tuition Reimbursement Application Deadline: Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
