Position Overview: At HealthEdge we know that our people are our greatest asset.  As our company grows, we are looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to help us build an incredible team and continue to expand our ability to attract and bring in top talent.   The Manager, Talent Acquisition will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and be part of a dynamic and successful recruiting team.  The TA team is a trusted business partner to our internal customers and will be expected to advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.  With a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, the successful addition to our team will focus on a balance of what the organization needs and a what potential employee wants.   Your Impact:   Act as a player/coach, training and mentoring more junior team members while maintaining a req load  Serve as a lead recruiter, hiring for positions across the organization  Create and update processes including job description maintenance   Acting as a people manager for 1-3 team members (recruiters, coordinator)  Work with the leadership team to understand the business drivers behind hiring  Partner effectively with the finance team to understand larger budget impacts and decisions  Help drive team performance through OKRs  Partner with HR leadership to educate Hiring Managers, conduct interview training sessions and other activities to optimize the recruiting process  What you bring:   Minimum of 8+ years in a recruiter position with a track record for increased responsibility   1-3 years of formal people management   Proven experience supporting a high-volume hiring environment  High level of comfort with ATS tools (iCIMS is a plus) and TA metrics  High level of comfort using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter  Experience as a key contributor in a fast-paced, software development environment with proven, progressive responsibility including handing high requisition loads  Using high EQ, you can understand the nuances of each role, the team dynamics, and the motivators for the candidates you work with  You are an advisor and coach to your hiring managers, helping them understand the needs of the position and the factors to consider in hiring  You like a puzzle and get great satisfaction from putting together the right candidate with the right role.  You are passionate about people and building teams that together create a great work environment   You contribute to building the brand of the company with each interaction with potential candidates  You are an all-star communicator who maintains constant and effective contact with both your managers and candidates   You are organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and empathetic .  You consistently follow-up on tasks and are not afraid to track down people to help solve problems.    You operate with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on quality work  You believe that a diverse workforce fosters collaboration and innovation and you seek candidates to contribute to that goal of diversity of thought and experience  HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
