This role will partner closely with the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of Thorne’s enterprise strategy and key strategic initiatives. The Manager, Strategy & Execution will serve as a connective force between functional teams and executive leadership, ensuring that our strategic initiatives and annual business objectives translate into measurable results  This role is built for a passionate team player, who moves fluidly between structured problem-solving, program management, and hands-on execution: someone with as much intellectual curiosity as discipline, as quick to pressure-test a business case as to dig into why a team is stalled. The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor and ability to influence decision making, preferably with a background in consulting and consumer products.
