The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.  Job Overview This role owns & leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of the Enterprise HR integration ecosystem, including core HR data platforms, in support of DePuy Synthes' global workforce. The Manager partners closely with HR (COEs, People Analytics), IT, and business leaders to ensure workforce data solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities. This position plays a critical role in enabling enterprise reporting, analytics, operational efficiency, and future AI-driven capabilities through trusted workforce data, modern integration technologies, and a scalable HR data platform. Key Responsibilities ·        Own the HR Data platform roadmap and backlog. ·        Serve as Product Owner and Solution Architect for HR data solutions. ·        Establish and govern workforce data sourcing, ownership, and consumption standards across the HR technology ecosystem. ·        Lead modernization from AWS/PostgreSQL to Databricks. ·        Provide technical leadership for APIs, integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and middleware platforms. ·        Manage contracted developers supporting the HR Data platform, integrations, and Power BI reporting. ·        Partner across HR, People Analytics, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Technology teams. Qualifications   Education   ·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field. ·        Preferred :  Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. ·        Relevant certifications in database administration, Databricks, AWS, MuleSoft, Integration Architecture, Data Engineering, or Agile/Product Management. Experience and Skills   Required: ·        8+ years in data platforms, integrations, enterprise applications, or HR technology. ·        Hands-on experience building APIs, integrations, and enterprise data solutions. ·        Strong experience with MuleSoft, webMethods, Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware. ·        Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, operational data stores, and enterprise data architecture. ·        Experience leading technical delivery teams and agile product delivery. ·        Experience supporting Workday integrations and workforce data domains. Preferred: ·        Databricks implementation and deployment experience (required). ·        AWS cloud technologies and PostgreSQL. ·        API-first integration architecture. ·        Data architecture, data governance, and data quality management. ·        Power BI and workforce analytics platforms. Other:  ·        Language: English required.  ·        Travel: Up to 10–20%, domestic and limited international.  ·        Certifications: Databricks, AWS, MuleSoft, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), and Agile/Product Ownership certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, PMP).
