This includes analysis used in external guidance and market analysis. Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting, including variance analysis, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop an FP&A analyst or other finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership. Implement appropriate recommendations with business partners to improve its policies, procedures, and drive positive results.  Evaluate and improve planning processes, reporting tools, data quality, and financial systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
