We have an opening for a Manager, Contracts  supporting our Surveillance & Tactical Advanced Radar Solutions (STaRS) product area within Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS). In this role, you will be responsible for cradle-to-grave contract administration activities to include proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract closeout.  You will enable significant customer activities to fulfill contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. What You Will Do Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and be critical member of the PMO Develop and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP), contract negotiation, contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and other business agreements Manage these contract types: Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Domestic Commercial Sales (DCS) Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and contractual issues Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking, gathering detailed information, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders Provide advice/guidance on contractual rights/obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes Advise and/or represent the organization on contract negotiation and administration matters Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical records Work autonomously with limited oversight and may provide input or guidance to lower-level professionals with tasks and assignments Multi-task routine and complex contract and proposal activities while responding to unplanned quick response requirements as they emerge Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) Qualifications We Prefer Active DoD Secret Clearance Experience developing and maintaining high-performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
