An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential  Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas is key – Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Transformation & Engineering, Complex Programme Delivery, Data & Analytics, Intelligence & Operations  Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills  Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
