As we continue to scale our global platform, the Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in sustaining safe, efficient operations across Fulfillment, Distribution, and Manufacturing Sites. ROLE OVERVIEW The Maintenance Technician supports the operation of Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Sites by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility assets, manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, and material handling systems. This role is responsible for the safety, quality, and timely execution of maintenance activities spanning conveyors, robotics, forklifts, electrical systems, plumbing, and other general maintenance functions. The Maintenance Technician delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) Adhere to all Department and Company Standards and Operating Procedures, modeling safe and consistent behaviors for peers across the maintenance team. Communicate equipment issues and repair status effectively to fellow technicians and operational team members to minimize downtime and keep fulfillment operations running smoothly. Complete work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and corrective repair documentation in CMMS systems and other computer-based platforms, supporting shared visibility across the team. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Support uninterrupted operation of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and manufacturing systems to ensure fan orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Execute preventive maintenance programs that reduce equipment failures and protect the reliability of the fulfillment experience fans depend on. Prioritize safety as the foundation of all maintenance activities, ensuring a secure environment that enables teams to deliver for fans without interruption. Respond promptly to corrective repair requests, minimizing operational disruption and protecting throughput commitments to fans and retail partners. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings such as blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics, combined with diagnostic tools including multi-meters and laptops. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and motor control issues on equipment equipped with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starts, servo drives, and external I/O devices. Learn and apply software tools including CMMS systems, graphical interfaces, and other applicable programs to improve maintenance tracking and equipment performance. Identify opportunities to improve preventive maintenance routines and escalate equipment trends or recurring failures to site leadership to drive continuous improvement. Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor equipment, material handling equipment, manufacturing equipment, facility assets, and powered industrial trucks (PIT) with minimal supervision. Work independently and manage competing priorities across the site, completing additional tasks and requests as needed from the site Leadership Team. Operate safely at heights using ladders and aerial lifts, and perform work in non-climate-controlled environments and on building exteriors as required. Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and job requirements without exception, treating safety compliance as a personal and team-wide non-negotiable. This role is expected to: Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING Required Qualifications: Experience and/or formal education in the industrial maintenance field, with preferred background supporting maintenance activities in a Fulfillment, Distribution, or Manufacturing facility. Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and repairs, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing systems, and material handling equipment. Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings, including schematics and blueprints. Proficiency working with PLCs, VFDs, soft starts, servo drives, and external I/O devices in an industrial environment. Ability to work independently without direct supervision, manage flexible hour
