Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay plus 20% incentive bonus plan Housing Allowance at AMLI Buckhead Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match 20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays, with PTO increasing based on tenure Employee recognition programs What You'll Do Lead and coordinate all daily maintenance operations for the community Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer service Oversee service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor relationships Troubleshoot and manage repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and building systems Ensure common areas, amenities, grounds, and building exteriors consistently meet AMLI's high standards Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and maintenance-related expenses Partner with the Community Manager on budgeting, capital projects, and long-term maintenance planning Enforce OSHA regulations, safety standards, and AMLI policies Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of apartment maintenance experience Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional resident service Ability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation Why AMLI?
