What You'll Do As an LPN in Skilled Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating nursing care on your assigned shift Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards Monitoring Resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition Assisting with the development and updating of Resident Care Plans Responding to emergency and life-saving situations following established protocols Collecting and processing specimens for testing Supporting Residents with activities of daily living as needed Monitoring nutrition, hydration, and meal-time experiences Responding promptly and compassionately to Resident needs Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care What We're Looking For Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Experience with Memory Care preferred Passion for providing exceptional Resident-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to Willow Valley Communities' culture of excellence and compassion Schedule & Location Part Time and Full Time available!
