Role overview Osmind powers the largest network of independent psychiatry practices in the country — 1,000+ clinics — on top of our own EHR and real-world evidence platform. Our Biosciences team turns that data and clinical footprint into partnerships with biopharma companies across our four life sciences product lines: clinical real-world evidence, clinical research, commercial real-world evidence, and sales & marketing solutions. Our Biosciences unit is a small, fast-moving team sitting at the intersection of neuropsychiatry, data, and commercial strategy — and this hire will be one of the first few people building it out. You'll have direct exposure to biopharma partners and executive leadership from your first month, and the scope of what you own will expand quickly — from contributing to workstreams, to owning them outright, to eventually shaping the direction of an engagement.
