This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right insurance solutions, and earning uncapped commissions. 📍 Location: Spring, TX Additional Search Areas: Houston, The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Humble, Cypress, Klein, Shenandoah, Porter, New Caney, Magnolia, Jersey Village, Aldine, North Houston, and Oak Ridge North. 💰 Compensation Base Pay Entry-Level Licensed Candidates: $15/hour Experienced Licensed Professionals: $17-$18/hour Additional Compensation Uncapped Commission Structure Tiered Commission Program Annual Earning Potential: $30,000 - $90,000+ About the Role As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect their assets by offering insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal insurance products. You'll build customer relationships, generate new business, conduct policy reviews, and deliver ongoing service and support.
