Company Overview A well-established skilled nursing facility in the Bronx is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) monitor vital signs and administer immunizations, and basic treatments. Key Responsibilities Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions. Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output. Requirements Active and valid LPN license. Must be in good standing with the State Registry. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Pay Range USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
