Company Overview A Brooklyn based staffing agency has Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) positions in all boroughs.  Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) monitor vital signs and administer immunizations, and basic treatments. Key Responsibilities Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions. Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output. Requirements Proof of Vaccination  2 copies of your resume NY State Photo ID Social Security card LPN license and registration Two Typed Professional Reference letters Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works School diploma or completion CPR /BLS Card Pay Range USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
