You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.      WHAT YOU WILL DO    Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs .      Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials .      Maintain legal records: File, organize, and manage legal documentation .      Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.    Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.    WHAT YOU WILL GAIN        Hands-on experience in a corporate legal department      Exposure to attorneys, paralegals, and in-house legal operations      Experience with legal research, analysis, drafting, and document management      Opportunities to strengthen writing, communication, and professional judgment    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR        Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, preferably a 1L or 2L student    Strong communication and organizational skills    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases      Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills      Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment    At IGS Energy, you will do more than intern, you will make an impact. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position. Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
