Faculty assignments may include leading seminars, maintaining records, providing reports; preparing and delivering didactic lecturers, evaluating student learning, updating teaching materials as necessary. FTE, supervisor, and job duties may vary. RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach online synchronous and asynchronous graduate courses in an area of expertise Develop syllabi, assignments, exams, and instructional materials Guide students using an active learning approach using collaborative problem-solving Maintain regular consultation hours to support students Advise students on capstone project aimed at redesigning a healthcare challenge Continually assess and update course materials focusing on healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship and cross-functional teamwork Attend faculty meetings during each academic term Education and Experience Requirements Requirements: Masters degree required; Doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program preferred; Ohio RN license required for applicants who are nurses.
