Learning and Enablement Manager

We have built over 3,500 pre-stressed concrete liquid storage tanks over the past 90 years around the country and world, as a result we have become the leader in the industry when it comes to quality and innovation.  As the Learning & Enablement Manager at DN, you will lead the Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. This role is responsible for stabilizing and scaling learning operations, building role readiness and capability across the employee lifecycle, and ensuring learning experiences are practical, field-forward, and aligned to business priorities. The Manager provides direction and people leadership for the Learning & Enablement team, while partnering closely with Operations, functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and People Team peers to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that enable employee performance, development, and adoption of talent programs.
