Become a part of our caring community   Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Medication Experience & Pharmacy Solutions to lead the strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization of digital experiences that help members understand, manage, and maximize the value of their prescription benefits. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of pharmacy, health insurance, member experience, and digital product innovation. The Lead Product Manager will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying customer and business opportunities through defining features and stories, partnering across Design and Engineering, driving delivery, and measuring outcomes. Success requires strong strategic thinking, customer obsession, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Medication Experience and Pharmacy Solutions Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through research, analytics, VOC, and stakeholder insights Lead product discovery efforts to validate problems, opportunities, and solutions before development Develop business cases and recommendations that align investments to customer and business outcomes Own product delivery end-to-end, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release planning Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver impactful solutions Define and manage KPIs, OKRs, success metrics, and experimentation strategies Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous product improvement Influence decisions across teams and stakeholders without direct authority Mentor and elevate product management practices across the broader organization What Success Looks Like Improve member understanding and utilization of prescription benefits Deliver measurable improvements in member experience, digital engagement, affordability, and business outcomes Establish trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, and Operations Drive product decisions using customer evidence, operational insights, and measurable outcomes Elevate product quality, standards, and ways of working across teams Use your skills to make an impact   Required Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership and responsibility Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and delivery from discovery through launch and optimization Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, and customer insights Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and product narratives Experience defining product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, Medicare, or regulated industry experience Experience with consumer-facing digital products and mobile applications Familiarity with modern product management practices including customer discovery, experimentation, outcome-based product management, and journey-based design Experience mentoring product managers or leading product initiatives across multiple teams Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.   Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.   Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
