RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Language Learning Specialist | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY032037] Deliver targeted language instruction to U.S. service members, enhancing language proficiency in alignment with Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) goals.  Design and develop lesson plans and Programs of Instruction (POIs) tailored to military language needs.  Integrate culturally relevant and mission specific content into language instruction.  Create immersive learning environments using multimedia tools, including online systems and digital media.  Monitor and assess language learning progress and provide feedback to service members and program managers.  Implement Second Language Acquisition (SLA) methodologies to address different learning styles and proficiency levels (ILR 0+ to 4+).  Maintain accurate training records and reports for training hours, content, and service member progress.  Participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring alignment with DoD guidelines and instructional standards.  Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive training delivery and quality assurance compliance.
