This role ensures   efficient operation of laboratory and facility infrastructure while enabling organizational growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.   The Support Services Manager will also serve as a coordinator for   other support functions   managed by   cross   functional   partners and vendors.   In this role, you will have the opportunity to:   Establish and l ead   S&R, inventory management   and Equipment Services   functions within manufacturing operations.   Coordinate facility,   equipment   installation /   maintenance,   EHS and waste management activities with   cross-functional partners   and external vendors.   Support site readiness for ISO9001/13485 certification.   Other duties as assigned .   The essential requirements of the job includ e:   Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Facilities Management, Life Sciences,   Supply Chain   Management   or   related discipline.   5+ years of experience in laboratory operations or related   environments or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years   direct people management.   Experience   managing S&R   / inventory   procedures.   Experience   managing laboratory   equipment service contracts, vendors, and PM   programs.   Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods .   Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to   50 lb .   It would be a plus if you also   possess :   Hands on experience using SAP   Experience   operating   in regulated environments   IDT ,   a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This range may be   modified   in the future.   This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.   We offer   comprehensive   package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.   Note: No amount of pay   is considered to be   wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
