Summary Job Description: Laboratory Coordinator MT - MLS Full time - Pathology Coordinator The Laboratory Coordinator oversees all laboratory and pathology department operations by coordinating workflow, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing staff performance and development, supervising daily operations, budgeting, inventory and purchasing, troubleshooting technical and personnel issues, and maintaining accurate, high-quality patient testing and services.
