L2 Support Associate

About The Role We're looking for an L2 Support Associate to work the support cases that require real technical depth and sound judgment, but don't need to pull an engineer off the roadmap. You'll investigate complex account and transaction issues end-to-end, handling cases that are detail-heavy and often time-sensitive. This is a highly technical role for someone who wants hands-on experience with blockchain data and direct exposure to how a fintech infrastructure works. We work together Monday through Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration and optional WFH Fridays to reset and recharge. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
