Dann unterstützen Sie unser Instandhaltungsteam bei der Verwaltung des technischen Ersatzteillagers und sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen jederzeit mit den benötigten Ersatzteilen versorgt werden. Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Organisation des technischen Ersatzteillagers Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen für Produktions- und Betriebsanlagen Pflege, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Lagerbeständen sowie Durchführung von Inventuren Anlage, Pflege und Bereinigung von Artikel-, Lager- und Bestandsdaten im ERP-System Auswertung technischer Zeichnungen und Unterlagen zur Identifikation und Zuordnung von Ersatzteilen Erstellung und Pflege von Ersatzteilpaketen für neue Anlagen und Maschinen Kennzeichnung von Ersatzteilen mittels Barcode- und QR-Code-Systemen zur digitalen Lagerverwaltung Einholung von Angeboten bei Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung der Beschaffungsprozesse Selbstständige Durchführung von Bestellvorgängen im ERP-System Abstimmung mit Instandhaltung, Produktion, Planung, IT und externen Lieferanten Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Lager- und Materialwirtschaftsprozessen Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund Berufserfahrung in der Lagerverwaltung, Instandhaltung, Materialwirtschaft oder im Ersatzteilmanagement wünschenswert Technisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen zu lesen und auszuwerten Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Infor Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Lieferanten Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
