Knock out cheese manually into brine tanks How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product Knock cheese out into brine tanks at appropriate temperature Conduct aseptic cheese sampling Ensure tank space is being managed efficiently Knock cheese out at an adequate speed to ensure makeroom does not run out of clean empty racks Salt all cheese that is knocked out during the shift Clean and sanitize handjacks every 4 hours Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks Other duties as assigned You Are Best Suited For The Role If You…. High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be proficient with forklift safe operation. Knowledge of production inventory control operations. Proficient in use of the computer.
