Responsibilities Imaging of new PC’s/Tablets/Thin Clients Prep servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment for project team Assist Help Desk with Virus Removal tickets – following our step by step Task List Updating and verifying documentation in configurations and databases Handle inventory Handle shipping / receiving Must have IT school certification or 1-year previous job experience in field of Information technology. Must have awareness of desktop and laptop hardware components, operating system software, application software Must have awareness of the Industry’s current and emerging technology trends Must have a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology Must be able to speak and write clearly and efficiently Must be able to follow direction and task lists as provided CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be required within 1 year of hire.
