Jr. Healthcare Recruiter – Entry Level Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 (Base Salary of $50,000–$55,000 + Performance Bonus) | Benefits + 401(k) About the Role We're looking for an ambitious, competitive, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster. Recruiting here is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number—and you'll be measured on it. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.
