Journeyman Electrician Location: Minot , ND Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | * $80/Day Per Diem Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Minot, North Dakota. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craft, values safety, and wants steady work with a strong, supportive team. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within industrial, commercial, and oilfield environments. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield settings Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes Complete work orders, safety documentation, and job reports accurately and on time Collaborate with project supervisors and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and quality standards Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician License (North Dakota or transferable) Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and safety practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred Experience in commercial, industrial, or oilfield environments strongly preferred Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant worksite What we offer: 401(k) with company match Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program Health savings account (HSA) PTO Schedule 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts Day shift Monday–Friday Overtime available Weekends as needed *Location/Per Diem Qualifications Based in Minot, ND, with work in surrounding areas.
