Partner with business leadership to challenge, rationalize, and finalize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Establish principles for Teamcenter standardization, fit-to-standard approaches, configuration versus customization, and solution reuse.
Evaluate sophisticated requirements to determine appropriate Teamcenter solutions, considering cross-module and cross-system impacts.
Review and approve IT solutions, ensuring alignment across multiple project tracks and providing direction to functional leads and development teams on complex decisions.
Identify cross-track dependencies, functional gaps, and risks, driving timely resolution to maintain project momentum.

Preferred Qualifications
Deep supply chain proven experience, including high-tech hardware product development, NPI processes, multi-tier BOM structures, AVL/AML management, and contract manufacturing collaboration
Experience with middleware technologies (SOA, REST, Kafka) and engineering data lakes
Prior experience migrating legacy PLM systems (e.g., Oracle Agile PLM to Siemens Teamcenter)
Ability to balance business needs, Teamcenter capabilities, AI/automation opportunities, customization, cost, complexity, and maintainability
Experience developing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and UiPath
Siemens certifications (e.g., Teamcenter Deployment Specialist or Solution Architect)
Experience with AI orchestration platforms and knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or semantic search
