They develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Their work helps ensure that technology solutions meet user requirements, industry standards, and organizational expectations. Job Description Modernizes and leads the company’s quality assurance strategy including defining and enforcing QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy. Coordinates and introduces long-term, scalable testing efforts across distributed teams and vendors. Leads evolution of the QA organization, test architecture design and tool selection by working closely with Product , Engineering, Release Management, Sales, Compliance, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the platform lifecycle Establishes measurable QA KPIs as a framework to communicate risk and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Champions continuous improvement in QA processes and tools with a focus on creating scalable, mature and automation-driven quality engineering model Operates with high autonomy; drives cross-functional alignment on quality objectives. Recognized expert in QA methodologies and automation. Leads large-scale initiatives and strategic QA efforts to transform quality assurance into a proactive, measurable, and integrated function. Leads automated test strategy, planning, execution, and integration for complex initiatives or multiple teams. Designs and evolves traceable automation frameworks, reducing manual testing dependency and ensures integration with CI/CD pipelines within established standards and regulations. Conducts trend analysis and proactively addresses systemic quality issues. Leads and mentors junior and mid-level QA staff, provides technical QA leadership, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and preventative quality ownership. Sets and influences quality standards and best practices across the organization. Communicates QA strategy and quality risks to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Leads complex or specialized initiatives within a defined scope and discipline. Identifies potential business, operational, or regulatory considerations and develops solutions to support program, project, or service direction. Individual contributor performing work independently; guidance is typically required only in exceptional or highly complex circumstances. Pay Range & Benefits $100,500.00 - $147,400.00 Annually The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
