Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients. Job Responsibilities Manages IT Business Solutions groups and assigned projects, providing leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors and individual contributors Oversees and executes quality, timely tactical implementation of departmental strategies to achieve goals in alignment with departmental IT strategy Accountable for the performance and results of related IT groups Manages individual contributors by providing actionable feedback, professional development, overseeing initiatives, holding team members accountable for deliverables, and supporting onboarding & succession planning, Facilitate productive meetings, drive follow-through, and ensure communication remains clear and organized across teams. Pay Range & Benefits $86,817.07 - $144,695.12 Annually The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
