IT Director

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the company’s information technology and cybersecurity functions. This position is responsible for the overall direction, security, reliability, and performance of Delta’s technology environment while supporting the needs of employees, leadership, and government customers. The IT Director will oversee day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, cybersecurity compliance, infrastructure, user support, and technology planning. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs in a growing government contracting environment. In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
