City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Pain Medicine Overview: Sentara Medical Group is searching for an Interventionalist with experience in managing complex patients with chronic pain to join their innovative outpatient Pain Management team in Virginia Beach, VA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing and rapidly growing program backed by strong system-wide support and a large, established referral network . The role offers a high degree of autonomy , allowing providers to practice procedurally and clinically to the full extent of their training while helping shape the future direction of the program. Based at Sentara Virginia Beach General, this is an exciting opportunity for providers looking to grow alongside a thriving specialty service. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $387,483.20 - $472,492.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
