The Instructional Video Designer designs and creates engaging, high-quality instructional video content that supports client adoption and advances R365’s learning and certification strategy. This role combines creative visual storytelling with instructional expertise—developing original media assets that transform complex product concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand learning experiences.    Instructional Video Designers operate with creative autonomy to determine visual approach, pacing, and structure. They manage multiple concurrent projects, scoping timelines and deliverables, and ensuring consistent alignment with instructional objectives, brand standards, and project goals.
