Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA QM Senior Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience, to support complex Quality Management transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of SAP QM, combined with the ability to analyze business processes, design practical solutions, and work closely with business, manufacturing, quality, and technology stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions across inspection management, quality notifications, sampling, usage decisions, batch-related quality processes, and supplier quality. Participate in requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Analyze current Quality Management processes and identify opportunities to streamline manual activities and improve operational efficiency. Support integration scenarios between SAP QM and external quality systems, manufacturing equipment, PLCs, SAP BTP, Fiori applications, and other SAP or non-SAP platforms. Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Support automation of quality data capture, inspection processes, reporting, and workflow execution. Assist in the design of enhancements, interfaces, reports, and user experience improvements within the SAP QM landscape. Support functional documentation, testing strategy, defect resolution, user training, and deployment activities. Provide functional guidance and recommendations based on SAP leading practices and client business requirements. Must have skills: The candidate should have strong functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM), with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end implementation and transformation programs. Strong knowledge of inspection planning and execution, inspection lots, usage decisions, quality notifications, sampling procedures, batch management, and integration with manufacturing and procurement processes is required. English proficiency at C1 level is required. Good to have skills: Experience working with manufacturing or medical device clients is highly valued. Exposure to regulated quality environments, eQMS platforms, SAP BTP integrations, Fiori applications, automation, and external equipment or shop-floor integrations will be considered an advantage. Experience: Minimum 6 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM). Hands-on experience with inspection lots, inspection plans, MICs, sampling procedures, usage decisions, quality notifications, and batch management. Knowledge of supplier quality and integration of QM with MM, PP, and manufacturing processes. Experience supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs. Understanding of user exits, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integration concepts within SAP. Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, APIs, and external system integrations is highly valued. Experience with manufacturing environments and automated quality data capture is preferred. Experience with Medical Devices or other regulated manufacturing industries is considered a strong advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.
