Industrial Engineer Co-Op

The Industrial Engineer co-op is responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, labor utilization, and facility layouts to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement sustainable solutions.    The Industrial Engineer Co-Op plays a key role in driving operational excellence through data analysis, process standardization, and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
