Competitive compensation with strong earnings potential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance  401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Ongoing leadership development and career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to installers as needed Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising installation teams preferred Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards Valid driver's license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy) Why F.H.
