HVAC Coordinator

Overview F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical   Position Summary The HVAC Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers by managing scheduling, coordinating branch resources, and owning the install process from start to finish.  Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, including scheduling and follow-up communication Coordinate all aspects of installation jobs with internal teams and branch locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy Own and manage install jobs from initial scheduling through completion and customer satisfaction Monitor and manage HR/job workflows for assigned branches to ensure timely progress and documentation Update internal tracking tools, including Monday boards, pre- and post-installation Collect payment for completed installation jobs when technicians are unable to do so onsite Qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and branches Proficiency in CRM and scheduling systems (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms a plus) Work Environment This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role supporting residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations across multiple branches. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $20.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $23.00/Hr.
